Post new to the board (but not the waterboard)
New here to the board,
I make things (art, music, photography, clothes, food, etc.), run Shinto Records, unfortunately don't go out much, and usually have a warped sick sense of humor, and don't take myself too serious...

Yup

Ha, the weather isn't that bad, but keeping an eye on events I would actually enjoy going too, some bands I like play sometimes, good to keep an eye out here I guess

Welcome! I was gonna say "hope to see you out!", but are you actually in Minnesota?? I'd heard of the label (I've got a couple discs) but had no idea it was local...

The weather is great.. I'm enjoying a real winter again.

TRV GOTH weather.

We played a show Sunday night in a barely-heated warehouse/art space downtown. I'm more inclined to go out in frigid weather than in horrible heat.

Only thing I wish was different out here is the plowing, and public transport, car is gone and now have to take the bus...sucks
Winters here are a bit longer, which is no problem here, things slow down

yeah, my favorite time of the year is after the leaves fall and start to decay so that the spindly fingers of there forebearers may scratch at the grey sky that is oft above. and then spring comes and it's not so grey anymore...sigh.
the only thing wrong with lots of snow is that it's too damned bright on the eyes.

There were so many people there it is hard to remember (enter sarcastic tone HERE),
I am 93.7% certain I remember you, did I give you some of the live CDs?

well, you were doing the hand out of a free CD so yeah, i got one of those. i was the guy who bought one of everything you were selling that was Phantoms of the SS and was in CD format (7 total). i recall also saying that i enjoyed one of the vocal tracks you guys did. you said it was something new you were trying.
i also bought a couple CDs by the other bands but you weren't tending those tables. both Sullen Serenade and Spiritual Bat were quite good.

Yes, now I am sure...was kind of a busy night with much running around.
The vocal stuff was very new at that point, but like it
hope to see you out more, with the newer shows it will be a lot easier to relax and talk
